Namaste Foods Gluten Free Perfect Flour Blend, 5 lb

I’ve tried other gf flour and they don’t seem to do the job. This blend of flour works for roux, baking, dredging and any other method that calls for wheat flour. Taste, texture, price all 5 stars.

Love using this allergy friendly flour. It is a safe and delicious option. Baked goods always turn out amazing with this flour.

I use this a lot in baking and general cooking ... from white sauces to bread, which I often supplement with almond flour or pecan meal.

Wanted to use this for gluten free baking. Works great. Doesn’t have a bad flavor or make a bad texture. Easy to use since you don’t need to add xanthan gum.

My family and I love Namaste gf flour. This is one of the few that doesn’t seem to change taste or texture. GF flour can be finicky to work with, mix too long and it becomes thick, too short and it’s gritty. This one seems to be the closest to baking and cooking with regular flour.

I have tried many Gluten Free flours. My sister in law told me about this one. I love it! It works the most like wheat flour that I have found.!

This flour is the best gluten free flour I've found. It's very soft, unlike some of the other gf fours I've tried.
