I received this pillow gratis in exchange for an honest review. I was on the verge of replacing my old, soft, worn out foam pillow anyway when this offer came in and it was an easy decision to try it. However, after you've slept for several years on a too-soft pillow, this firm pillow was a big, big change. I've been using it now for a month, to give myself time to get used to it, so that this could be an honest review.Due to hip and back issues, I change positions frequently during the night, to my wife's dismay. This means I sleep on the left side, on my back, and on the right side, then back through the cycle. This pillow works really well for side sleepers, since the firmness keeps your head about parallel with the mattress. While sleeping on my back, though, it feels as though it may be a bit too firm, and that's why it's only a 4 star in my view.I was worried about memory foam being too hot, as that's one of the common complaints about memory foam matttresses, but this pillow hasn't seemed too warm at all

When I moved most recently I managed to forget to load up my pillows on the way out. When I found these and read the reviews I figured I'd get one and gift it if I didn't like it. Well I loved it so much I actually ordered a second one so my girlfriend can experience the same joy!Pros: - Comfortable - Customizable - Doesn't get too hotCons - Arrives pretty full, I am sure it will be good for some but I personally removed half of the memory foam material and found it to be more comfortable and supportive of my neck.I hope to have this pillow for years to come and feel $70 for a couple of these is an investment worth making! I never knew how much I could look forward to putting my head to a pillow!

It came damaged Like the picture, but the pillow was ok. It looks premium quality and really, really, soft. Almost too soft for me and doesn’t have great support, at least to my liking. The biggest disappointment is that typical foam smell. I’m going to try to air out a few days to see if that will help. I’m also going to sleep on it for a few more days before I provide my final review.

I love the fact that the pillow has a zipper on it and I was able to remove a few handfuls of the filling. It is just perfect for me as a side sleeper and I like to scrunch my pillow up to sleep. The outside covering is also so soft I feel like Mama bear with her chairs...too hard..too soft...just right. ZZZZZ

My son purchased this pillow in August and it's already failing.In his words, "It was a waste of money"It's as if it wore out already; a pillow shouldn't wear down within six to seven months of purchase.He says it's flat and uncomfortable.

I love how you can make it flatter or fluffier by taking out the shredded memory foam. The cover has a zipper to take off and out in the wash as well. I also like how you can shape it very easy so I make a skinny “roll” for my head to sleep on. I still have neck pain but it’s improved about 75%

This product does not do anything it is advertised or purports to do. It did not in any way, shape or form conform to my neck or neck area. It was like trying to sleep on a giant, hard rock and it was hot and weighed a ton. It was THE most uncomfortable pillow I have ever slept on. And the manufacturer says to contact them directly, but there was no way to do that. So I have to go through the whole Amazon return process ... VERY frustrating and VERY disappointing.

After opening the package it came in the pillow had tons of extra memory foam that you can take out/add in whenever you need to. Put it in the dryer on low and it came out nice and fluffy. The only problem was the smell of the memory foam which was a very noticeable chemical smell and I aired it out and sprayed it but I just don't have the time to air it out for a week to see if that helps remove it.
