To the seller, I'm sorry - I tried to find a direct contact for you as I don't like leaving poor reviews. I was trying to see if I had faulty pegs and ask for new ones to be sent to replace; but I can't find contact link, and it sounds like others have had the same issue.3 of 5 strands stay on the wall, but 2 sets fell off immediately (within 24 hours). The adhesive is difficult to peel in the first place - the double sided tape adheres stronger to the backing than the actual felt, so when you peel the backing off, the tape comes off with it. Once on the wall, because the tape doesn't stick well to the felt, the tape stays on the wall and the peg falls right off.

Such a simple design! Probably could have put one together myself for about the same price but this was already done for me!!! The included mini clothespins are perfect!! Not sure how easy it will come off the wall but, this year, it is stuck on a wall we are redoing anyway. I had thought it came with the 3M command stickies but there are no tabs for removal, does say 3M though. 'Assembly' took about 30 seconds. Highly recommended. We will use it for years to come. If I cant get the included stickies off the wall easily, I will cut command pads to fit next year.

Fast shipping. Nice pieces. However....Purchased for my daughter. She had to straighten it and pulled off the spool with the adhesive and see photo. I’d give the adhesive 10 stars if I could. :( It’s too late to pull them all off. I’m guessing when we do, we will have to repaint the wall. Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend based on this.

I was disappointed at how rough the wood looked. I knew it was unfinished but I expected it to be neater, smoother. And the clips SUCK. They are terrible. One was already cracked & split in the bag. I have already broke 4 of them & only hung up 2 cards so far!! It is junk. Now I need to paint or at least sand down the wooden pieces & I definitely have to buy more clips!! Avoid. My recommendation- get the individual pieces from a craft store.

I just received this yesterday. I like the look of the wooden pegs. The problem is the 3M sticky pads. Out of ten of these adhesive pads only 2 actually are sticky on both sides as they are supposed to be. I did put up one line with the 2 stickers I have and like the way it looks. I will see if it stays up as many of the reviews have mentioned the problem with them falling. I will try some other adhesive to use with the rest of the pegs rather than bother to return.

piece of junk! they don’t stick to the walls and then the adhesive is stuck to the paint on the wall.it’s just twine, little wood clothespins, and crappy adhesive round coins and wood.you can make this item from craft store items for $2 bucks.i guess the weight of the instamax mini polaroids was too heavy for the product since it falls down every time i walk away... hopefully i can get the adhesive off the walls without tearing the paint off too... as other buyers had to deal with.i’d return them, but it’s not worth my time.DO NOT Purchase this item...

arrived later than expected. I tried to request a refund because I thought the package got lost but I guess it was just delayed. when I opened the amazon package the product's box was really damaged like someone tried to rip the box open. one of the wood circles was cracked and one of the strings is frayed in the middle. also the paper clips are kind of fragile; one came broken. the parts that are ok do look as advertised just wish other parts of it weren't in such crappy condition

I really like the concept of this product. The adhesives are way too weak for any kids art work or multiple photo, they are definitely not reusable after the first "stick" and even so (with cleaning the wall first and pressing firmly) they wouldn't stay up longer than 10 minutes whether it was one stick or multiple. We even switched from hanging it horizontal to vertical on the kids walls to help with the gravitational pull and we didn't see much improvement.
