NYX High Voltage Lipstick 0.09 oz. Dahlia

Lovely and gets darker and glossier with each swipe!! Pretty

Just got this today. It is darker than expected, for a moment I thought it was black. That wasn't so much my issue but more that as soon as I would talk or smack my lips together or my lips would rub, the middle part of my lips would wear off immediately. It didn't look too bad almost like an Ombre look, but that was just after rubbing my lips together once, so I'm sure it would just continue to fade after longer use. It wasn't as creamy as I had hoped and doesn't stay completely past the first time your lips rub together. I wouldn't recommend it.

I fell in love with NYX High Voltage lipstick in FELINE, so I decided to try the DAHLIA. The lipstick was a little darker and had more purple tones than I expected, but otherwise I like it. FELINE will still be my go to, but DAHLIA is a good shade to change things up, especially when I'm feeling like being a little darker and more mysterious. As alway the quality is there. It goes on pretty easily and lasts a good while before needing to reapply.

This is my fall/summer lip for several reasons, it looks amazing with my dark skin.

Love it.

I think this lipstick is my new favorite shade. It is smooth and creamy and did not dry my lips out. It faded slightly after eating dinner but not much. I really like it.
