I got one for myself and my mum. My mum uses it almost daily and swears by it. I use it occasionally when I feel a tweak. I try to use it in conjunction with a muscle spray or rub. It is capable of producing immense heat but I find that it needs to be sandwiched between your neck and another surface in order to give off strong head (e.g. lean into a pillow). Its super lightweight, you barely notice it. If you have a portable battery bank then you can walk around with it plugged into your pocket. The controls are simple and straightforward. 3 different heat settings (I only both with high) and 3 time settings (max 60 mins). If you use it around your neck it sits securely. You can use it on other parts of the body too by sitting or lying down and positioning it. If you want to walk around then you will only really be able to use it on your neck.

I think this is going to be my new best friend. Heats up quickly and to a comfortable temperature. No more having to constantly heat hot water bottles and position them uncomfortably round my neck. Its purpose built. And has a strap to keep it in place. The strap is adjustable, I dont like anything wrapped around my neck so not too keen on this feature but it does mean I can sit up rather than leaning back which should be a massive help.It would be nice if there was a USB adapter so this could be plugged into a portable charger for use on the go. If this is available I'll revise and give 5 stars. Having it being powered by mains is a little bit of a pain, and given this is small lightweight and powerful, would be a great companion for a little bit of pain relieve when not in a building or house or some place I have access to mains electricity.

It’s “recommended” to use a towel between the skin and the device, so I did. It might have slipped (didn’t notice if so) as I developed blisters on my neck. In any case it should have been a WARNING, rather than a small print recommendation. Most importantly, why isn’t the device delivered in a state it can be used I.e padded? Also, it’s a plug in so unless you have a socket next to your preferred place for relaxation, you can’t use it.

Bought to upgrade my microwaveable wheat pack which I use regularly for muscle tension in the neck, but find this less comfortable to wear neck particularly as the straps are far too long and shaped so is really unusable around the neck without making alterations. Takes a little while to heat up and heat is felt just from the location of the stones rather than wheat bags / other electric heat devices with elements which provide more even heat coverage. Is also strange that the instructions advice a piece of material between the item and the skin when it would of been easy and very cheap to sew this into the product.

Was very impressed with this product and would consider a further purchase from the manufacturer should they upgrade the model to incorporate the heated area coming further around the neck area. In terms of pain relief it is very effective. The only gripe is the Velcro is very hit or miss and it’s not always possible to secure it tightly.

I have slipped and bulging disks in my neck and it aches dreadfully at the end of the day. I had been spending a fortune on temporary heat patches and I do often still wear these during the day, but once I sit down in the evening to watch TV, I plug this in and put it on. The stones do get VERY hot, so you can't wear it in direct contact with your skin. I wear a scarf underneath it and I usually have it on for around 2 hours every night. You can set the heat and the timer - I use max heat and set it for an hour and then another hour. By the second hour, it's really hot! Should it ever give up the ghost, I'd definitely get another one.

Good product I use it for various parts of my body and I think it is helping. like other people have mentioned I am a little bit sceptical about the quality of this product, Certainly the cable It’s very cheap, I am going to keep my eye on it because I do not think it would last for a long. For the price I paid I would certainly expect a lot better quality than what I have received, having said that the concept of infrared is very beneficial.

The jade stones heats up quite warm! And that's a good thing. Was a bit pricy, but worth it. I like that the cord is also long enough! Easy to use. I'm very pleased with my purchases.
