This trampoline system comes with our patented StagedBounce technology, springs are designed to engage at milliseconds apart, making the trampoline mat safer, more forgiving, for a low-impact workout with a great bounce. The unique PowerBounce performance feature lets you add tension to the mat so you can increase speed and momentum into a series of movements. This one-of-a-kind feature is perfect for athletes or teens. Also, PowerBounce will not help or hinder the bounce quality for your younger jumpers, so little ones will still enjoy the staged, smooth landing this trampoline offers and everyone will have a great time. Our JumpSport net is designed to provide a "back up" support system to hold the net in place. The Patented Top Strap prevents net collapse, 3 to 8 times stronger than the competition. Impact testing has proved that our enclosures provide unmatched strength and flexibility. This net also has our Patented Overlapping Entry. There's nothing to open or close, just slip through the overlap and you're in! Safety Enclosure rated for up to 295 lb. jumpers!

Sturdy Trampoline, but difficult to assemble and spring padding is subpar.
Good, sturdy trampoline. Thing really was a pain to assemble though. Thank goodness I paid Amazon the $150 to send somebody out to do it because the first guy failed after two hours and it took the second guy 4 more hours to finish what the first guy started. Typically it should take these guys 1-2 hours to assemble a trampoline from what they both told me.The trampoline itself is good though. Has a high weight rating (the main reason I chose this one) and feels sturdy. Nice bounce to it and not super squeaky. The padding around the springs seems too thin however and is rather ill fitting, not laying as flat and snug as it should. In hindsight, I might have looked more closely at a trampoline where the springs lie outside of the netting area rather than inside.Overall not a bad trampoline, but for the difficulty to assemble and the sub par spring padding cover, I would look at the higher rated option for half the price, or spending a bit more and getting one where the springs are outside the netting area as that seems to be the greatest injury potential.

Great Tramp, net could be a little easier.
The tramp went together great, and easily. The net was quite complicated, and could use a little simple re-engineering to make it more user friendly. Having to crank down separate lock nuts onto u bolts while holding a vertical pole in an exact position was impossible without several hands. Had I not seen it at a friend's house assembled correctly, I would have never gotten it correctly assembled.

Great trampoline. The whole family has been enjoying it
Great trampoline. The whole family has been enjoying it. The assembly instructions could have been clearer -- especially for the poles and netting. I ended up redoing it about 3 times, but the final result (which is correct, I think), is very secure, and has restrained my 14-yr old son and his most exuberant moves.

beautiful, clean, much easier to assemble than expected. Kids would live on it if we let them!

Safety pole attachments with bad/annoying installation design, good customer service
UPDATE: Giving a couple more stars for good and prompt customer service. Very good company. I'm still not a fan of the pole assembly. However, there is a workaround and the company will sell you the through bolts if you want them. Supposedly, that installation is not easier though. We're probably going to getting some through bolts at a hardware store to use in the lower holes to help with stability of the poles as we install the rest of the U bolts.----------------------------------------------------------I am always skeptical of people who have issues with installation because it's often not that bad. This one really is that bad. I purchased direct from the manufacturer so this will not show up as a confirmed purchase via Amazon. However, I know people check Amazon for reviews, so I'm posting here. The installation went surprisingly well... until we got to the poles for the net.Attaching the first pole to the frame took as much time as the entire assembly up to that point, including ALL the springs. About an hour for one pole (this included getting and trying various tools to work with the hardware). Each pole requires two people - one to hold the pole up in the air while the other tightens U-bolts. The U-bolt design means there is absolutely nothing that goes through the poles to hold them together, just around them. It takes forever to tighten the nuts - normal wrenches are a pain and our socket wrenches are not deep enough for the incredibly long and thin U-bolts. There are holes for through bolts in the legs and the support posts, but for some unknown reason, that is not how they install these things. If there's some real safety reason they don't use through bolts, they could at least provide something to connect the poles to support the pole in the air while you tighten the U-bolts.The manufacturer's installation videos show someone hand-tightening the U-bolt nuts. That is impossible with the hardware we were sent. Even with tools, the nuts barely move and are fairly hard to turn. I get it, this is for safety so the nuts don't fall off, but the reality is they are really hard to turn and take a long time to do.Also, one of the 3 bottom pieces has scratches through the paint and one of the 3 main connector pieces around the rim was so damaged that we had to bend it back into shape to get the poles to connect, and one of the springs was defective - luckily, they send one extra spring. Customer service helped with all of these issues.Though our installation of the poles and net is not yet complete, the spring cover currently does not cover the first part of the spring area, which means a kids' foot could slip through if they are near the edge of the mat. Customer service tells me that we can adjust the velcro in a way to make this cover more, so we'll see.I didn't expect this to be easy to put this thing together and fully expected many hours of assembly, but I also didn't expect such a weird design and hardware.I'm much more optimistic about this product than I was yesterday after spending an hour installing one pole... I hope it will be like furniture that's really annoying to assemble and the memory will fade and the product will be fine.

Broken bolts
Paid premium price for an average trampoline with weak bolts. None of the carriage bolts could be used to secure the enclosure poles to frame b/c they all snapped when barely tight... many snapped before the poles were snug. Purchased new bolts from local hardware store and all good. Customer service is a joke, tried telling them they need to look into this for safety reasons and all they said was that they had only heard of a handful of complaints like this... well it only takes one accident to put you guys out of business so you better shape up!

This trampoline came with damaged parts, the shipping was slow, the material around the mat is disintegrating only 4 months after purchase. Trying to make a warranty claim they changed their policy so that the claims have to be done on their website.
