Description
- Instructions - 1) Submerge the shungite pieces in boiling water for 15 minutes to sterilize then rinse.
- 2) Add to a ceramic / pot container not metal or plastic ad 2 litres of water recommended mineral or even better distilled water.
- 3) Add 40 - 60g of shungite stones to the water for every 1 litre of water, let it rest overnight or 8 hrs.
