Love this chandelier! It adds elegance to the dining room and was an easy install for the electrician. My only wish is that the hanging rods were longer to extend the chandelier lower. Overall, it was a great purchase for the good price.

It was a pain in the butt getting each crystal put in as you need to bend the metal hooks just right to make it look perfect but once it was all done, it is absolutely beautiful! Make sure you use the white glove to ensure the crystals stay clean.

This chandelier deserves at least two stars because the final product looks great which is really the most important part, but the installation and assembly is plagued with issues that could have been easily avoided with just a little more thought. Expect about 4 hours or more to install.1) The base plate isn't wide enough to cover a standard-size ceiling electrical box. Photo provided. This is sloppy design and could have been avoided by widening the plate just another inch. I'll now need to patch, texture, and paint the ceiling just to cover the gaps.2) The instructions are so worthless that they may as well have not even been included. Fortunately, installing a chandelier is something I can do without instructions, but for anyone who isn't confident in this skillset, don't expect to be able to rely on the in-box instructions. They're borderline unreadable and provide zero value.3) The mounting plate is fixed (i.e. doesn't swivel to change direction). This is a problem if the electrical box screw holes don't line up perfectly with the mounting plate, or else it will cause your chandelier to be installed at a different angle than desired, or at worse, diagonal across the room. I was lucky and my electrical box was installed in just the right spot that this wasn't a problem for me but it could have been a deal-breaker.4) Be ready to hang each and every glass prism - all 82 of them - one at a time using paperclip style wire that you have to mold and shape yourself so that each prism hangs parallel to each other and at the same level. This took me about 3-4 hours to complete.5) 4 of the glass prisms arrived broken. I'll need to reach out to the company for replacements.6) There's a wire housing on the top surface of the chandelier frame that is closed off by black tape. It's not visible when hung but just seemed like an unnecessarily cheap way to close off an otherwise nice-looking chandelier, especially since it's not clear why the opening exists in the first place.In summary - About halfway through the installation I realized that I would have likely returned this chandelier if it wouldn't have been so difficult to disassemble, repackage, and return. But I decided to keep it because it still looks great for the price that I paid. But now I have some ceiling patching to do.

Looks like a much more expensive piece. Crystals are great, none arrived broken. I added adapters and installed on a sloped ceiling.

Bought because it was the closest look-a-like to a pottery barn fixture we could find. Great for the price! Easy to install, looks exactly as pictured, and has made us receive multiple compliments.

The frame was not straight, and the glass pieces were not drilled to allow them to hang. I contacted Amazon, and they did send me out another fixture to take parts from, however, that fixture that they sent out had the same issues. I returned both.

Unbixed it and immediately noticed that the base would not cover a circular junction box. The instructions of how to assemble it were non existent, just some small, barely readable pictures of a different fixtures wiring setup. We returned it.

The frame is over 8 inches tall but the crystals are only 7 inches. This leaves quite a gap between the crystals and the frame which greatly diminishes the look. I will be returning it.
