Don't buy it! I have used bands for the last 6 years and using a lot the black type. This black is half millimiter thicker and shorter than all the blacks I have bought in the last 6 years - it feels wrong both under tension and reach...the transition from the thinner types (red) is not at all smooth - in fact, it almost feels like the grey bands ( next step up from black).Mind you, if you just want to use this black with the exercises booklet they provide it might just be ok. In my case I use all different strengths and this black does not "fit" in the family. Lol!

i purchased two of these bands. the bands were delivered fine. the bands work fine and are durable and use them for resistance training for body weight and weighted exercise. they come with a carry bag which is useful.

Great value, feel very strong, good quality. I have started doing assisted chin ups and pull-ups and already see strength gains. Great versatility and portability, you really can keep up with your resistance training wherever you go.

I cannot praise this product enough. Bought them when my local gym closed and have used them at home throughout lockdown. What a great substitute for weights, even better than weights for some exercises. I’ll be carrying on with resistance bands when this is all over both for home training, training when away and to supplement weight training. Superb and great value for money.

Good value bands, 5 for the price of 1 or 2. Decent enough case. Need to be used a bit to make them more supple.Helping me with my home gym.

Wasn't going to bother doing a review of a rubber band ...BUT when you are stuck at home and start experimenting with it you can work out every part of your body ,it has proven to be invaluable and well worth it.

Sturdy bands ideal for pull up assists.Best price on the market.What's not to like?

Very strong. Decent length. Never brought one before or even seen one so can't compare but it is a very good quality, very happy
