My current mattress is too soft for me and not supportive at all. Don't want to change, have been hesitating for months whether to buy a new mattress or just a top hat, after reading so many mixed reviews, multiple brands of "mattress in a box" make my head spin". You Knowing these brands, they all seem to be at ridiculously high prices at the same time A full size mattress is close to $1000 and I don't have that much. I decided to buy a memory foam case and after reading a lot of reviews I narrowed my choice down to this 4" memory foam case. Reviews are mostly positive, and the price is acceptable to me, so adding a memory foam mattress cover was an easy fix. When it arrived, it came in a small box for easy portability to my bedroom. Easy to get out of boxes and plastic bags. I put it on the bed to give it time to "inflate" but it didn't take time, it didn't give off any odor at all, it gave my old mattress a new look, it's a full size memory foam mattress, I'm very impressed with I was amazed at how compressed it was. This mattress has 4 straps per corner to secure it to my current mattress, which is important as it prevents the mattress cover from not fitting. When this memory foam mattress is placed on my soft mattress, it provides a soft yet firm feel, making it even and more comfortable. The top feels firmer than soft, probably because of its memory foam, it's super comfortable, the thickest 4" memory foam mattress I've ever bought, and it's also thick enough to use on its own. And I seem to sleep better, overall I'm very happy with the quality for the price and I look forward to going to bed every night. I love this.

I purchased this for my uncomfortable Helix mattress. The worst mattress I ever owned. I'm a large woman so Helix was supposed to be for heavier ppl. It was too soft and very difficult to turn in. I'm a side sleeper only and I was waking up with shoulder, hip and leg pains. I couldn't afford another mattress so I thought a mattress topper would help. I knew I had to let it decompress for at least 24 hrs first, and I only have one bed so I had to place it in the spare room on some plastic storage bends under it. According to the instructions here and on the Novella website it says to decompress for 24 hrs, but the instructions from the box says 48hrs. I believe 24 hrs to decompress and 48hrs to air out the chemical smell which I hardly could smell. I seen after 16 hrs it was at 3.5". After leaving out for 30 hrs it was still 3.5". I knew that was as high as it was going to get. I seen a lot of ppl here upset saying theirs compressed only up to 2" or 3" for a 4" topper. In my opinion they were sent a 2" or 3" instead of a 4". That is sad considering you will NOT get this topper back in the box. There is no wheres on the topper or the box stating the size or height. I worried that would happen to me, but I was ok with 3.5". I still would have been happier if it was the height they stated. It fit my full sized mattress perfectly. First I just placed the sheets on top of it and it kept moving side to side which was really annoying me constantly having to get up and reposition it. Then I put my purple mattress protector over it which is thin and fits very tight on the bed with extra big pockets and the topper hasn't moved since. so if yours is moving, you will need a snug mattress protector on it. I highly recommend purple, which is water proof and thin. I sleep soo good on this. No shoulder pain or any pains at all. The amazing thing is how easy I can turn around on it, much easier then my helix mattress alone. This provided just the right firmness I needed to make up for the soft mattress. Lets see how it does with time. So far I'm very happy with this.

I wasn't sure how I felt about this upon arrival but its been good so far. I was looking for something between soft to medium and this fits that exactly.When I first opened it, it was packed very well. It comes with an envelope about the topper and an opener to avoid cutting anything on accident. The plastic came off very easily and it actually puffed up pretty quick.It said it needs 24-48 hours to fully expand but it seemed totally expanded within about two hours. I didn't notice much of a change from letting it sit out for two days, but the creases came out within that time and it had that slight memory foam smell that dissipated within a few days. At first I laid on it on the floor and the 3" felt too slim but once I put it on the bed I realized it needs that support from under it. Totally different feel once on the bed.The cover is washable, I will probably wash that soon to see how it holds up upon washing. The straps are adjustable and my mattress is rather deep, so that helps greatly. The top of the memory foam has a slight texture to it, its very soft and has a egg crate like foam feel to it with memory foam on the bottom. I wouldn't say its too firm or too squishy.For comparison I tried a tempur pedic medium foam topper and it was super firm to me. I prefer soft and not too firm or too squishy (and this is very in the middle). The bottom also has a non slip added to the cover, which is also really nice. These mattress toppers are one of those things where you just have to try them out and see what you prefer.

Se supone que lo compré por qué mi colchón no es nada firme y este producto en su descripción decía ser muy firme y pues no, para ponerlo sobre un colchón tan aguado como el mío no sirve, quizás si lo vas a usar sobre u a superficie dura, como la base directamente, puede que esté bien pero sobre un colchón de soporte suave, NO LO RECOMIENDO

Adquirí el de 10 centímetros y me gustó mucho.Viene comprimido y en 12 horas aproximado, ya estaba con 9 centímetros.Si te sientas sobre el, vas a sentir que se aplasta completamente, pero no es para sentarse en él. Si te acuestas sobre el se siente muy cómodo, ya que se amolda a tu cuerpo y si cambias de posición, no es difícil, ya que no quedás en un hueco. Cuando cambias de posición, se recupere la forma rápidamente.Excelente sobre colchón para tener comodidad.

Compramos un colchón rígido y a mí y mi esposa nos dolía la espalda de lo duro, compramos este cubre colchón y el colchón mejoro por completo, súper recomendado, leí en algunas reseñas que es caliente, yo no lo creo, lo pedí Queen y viene más grande, la verdad es que es tan cómodo que no nos importa.

I initially got this to bring further use to a way too hard economy bed but it ended up being more useful than for just that. To start, it's the ideal complement for a bed that's either too hard or not supportive enough, especially the ones that aren't as thick - because together with this, it makes for something of a real mattress without the cost and the flexibility to use it separately. That's where the surprise came in, we didn't realize it would be so plush and actually supportive - enough so that it could used a standalone. In fact, I could see many would prefer this on it's own without the need of a mattress below.It came in a much smaller box than expected. Upon opening it, it's vacuum sealed and wound up in a neat tight package. After cutting it open, be very careful though so you don't damage or cut the fabric itself, it expanded after laying it down for a few days. The cool thing is that it came with a nice cover already on it - the costco one I got before was just the foam itself and relied on a bedsheet to get over it, this is much more refined.The thickness is spot on and in the future I wouldn't go any less than this, four inches is that point where I believe it changes the feeling entirely of a mattress below or enough so that it could be used on it's own. These have come a long way, it used to be that memory foam would either be very hot or soft but not supportive enough - this is neither. There also isn't the same amount of smell that they used to come with, and after letting it fully expand there isn't any trace left. Perhaps best of all is that it doesn't just feel like a slab of foam, you actually sense and can feel a layering aspect to it.
