Der Armtrainer ist in gewohnter Slendertone-Qualität. Beim Anlegen der Manschetten sollte man sich evtl. helfen lassen - mit etwas Übung gehts aber auch alleine. Nach der Anwendung verspürt man tatsächlich einen leichten Muskelkater. Als Trainingsergänzung auf jeden Fall ideal.
