Nice quality tennis elbow support!No, I don't play tennis, but I have tennis elbow. From what the doctor told me, it's an overuse syndrome and vibration. I have overused my arm with a push mower that I have that is old and rickety. It vibrates non stop. It's difficult to push and for that reason, I now have tendinitis.I wanted to try this and I'm glad I did. I've tried other braces that have the little point in them that presses on a pressure point, but this has a nice soft gel pad that you can adjust to place over that pressure point.It's sewn well and looks as if it will hold up with use. It Velcros securely in place. The only thing I might recommend is that it comes in larger sizes for larger men. This would not fit my Dad's arm who could definitely use this product.It also comes with a 40# hand gripper to increase strength and prevent injury.I received this item at a discount or free for my honest review.

I developed "tennis" elbow not from playing tennis but from being a cook for 30 years. Come to think of it how did tennis get to name this malady, I'm sure more people get it from very different things than playing tennis. Almost sounds like an elitist affliction like gout. Well I got it and man it ain't nothing nice. So I look up on Amazon for one of these braces read a bunch of reviews and keep narrowing down till there is a reasonable number to go eeni meeni mynee moe from and I got this. Wow look it comes with a free doughnut to work out the muscles that can help this but that's long term and I need help now. Open package look at a few pictures and strap on the strap. Hey this strap has an extra piece that helps more than a plain strap because it can now target directly onto the damaged tendon and change the fulcrum point from my elbow to further down my forearm. Wow simple but you know what it works and feels much better when I wear it. The doughnut is for when I don't wear it. I'll say it helps but no it ain't magic. You got what you got this makes it dealable. Best I could hope for I guess.Ok. Well made and the Velcro is very strong. Tough like it should be

Great product! Does exactly what it claims. Doctor said I had tennis elbow - after injury in Sept by hitting my racquetball racquet on glass wall and nearly breaking the Racquet. Things were not getting better, though I could play - with a much lighter raquet - after 6 days of recovery. Then I purchased a heavier racquet (bad idea), which really screwed things up in December. Laid off for a month; feeling better, I thought I could get by like the first few weeks. Not so, elbow was really bugging me. Waited more weeks, while acquiring this compression device. WOW, this really saved the day. I can now play ball every week - not only with no serious pain while playing, but no after-the-fact serious pain either. Elbow area is still somewhat bothersome, but it is no longer affecting my game or ability to play. Terrific.

It would probably work okay if it weren't so tight.My forearm is a little over 14 inches at the elbow, and this strap is only good up to 14 inches.So, even with the strap as far out as it will go, it's too tight.I also have to keep the loose end in the slot in order to put it on.But, it wants to come out of the slot before I get it in place.Very frustrating.Don't buy this if your arm is anywhere near 14 inches.

I've only been using this brace for about a week, but have already noticed a significant improvement in how I feel. The steady pressure helps with the day-to-day pain, and serves as a physical reminder to take it easy on that elbow while it heals. I do a good amount of wrenching at work and at home, and this past week is the best my arm has felt in months. Since I do a lot of heavy lifting and grabbing, I didn't think I'd have much use for the grip strengthening donut, but I've been using it, and I find it quite therapeutic, even relaxing. Overall, this was a great buy, and I am very happy with the product.

I have been wearing the Witkeen brace for a week. The pain is still there but definitely it's improving. I think that I need to wear it for more time in order to give a fair review. The exercise ring is useful to make the muscles stronger but it's difficult to do it when the pain is present

Didn't give me the support I needed. I had a sleeve many years ago and it really helped, but I thought this might be better. It wasn't, not for me anyway. I purchased this to help with arthritis and inflammation comparable to tennis elbow.

I am a very happy wife! I purchased this product as a gift for my husband. At age 32, the poor man has psoriatic arthritis in his joints, plays tennis AND works in the IT field at a computer all day. You can imagine how severe his tennis elbow is. He had been given a medical arm band by his doctor, and although it worked, he found it bulky and uncomfortable for daily use.When this band arrived, he immediately put it on and commented on how much he liked the "sporty" design. After a few days of usage at work, he says his arm feels great and he even uses the bonus hand gripper as a stress reliever at his desk. I also observed him using during his weight lifting workouts in the evenings. The man does not give positive reviews lightly and so I think I will be buying a second one for myself to help with my tendinitis from bowling!
