Hulkman Alpha85 Smart Portable Jump Starter with Alpha Bag EVA Protection Case

I’ve had to use it several times and it still works good. I mainly used it for jumps though. No road side emergencies. Charging devices it works good too. And I did use it once during a power outage for charging my laptop and using the light for my room.

This has gotten us out of a bind a time or two and it is so portable, convenient, and necessary.

Use to jump car and truck and tractors

This has already save me several times as well as allowing me to jump start others in need as well. I had a problem with a trickle load leak in my car which was causing my battery to fail prematurely. Because of where I park (basically inaccessible to a tow truck due to the torturous ramp down to my small office building parking space) it is not feasible to get AAA to save me when the battery dies down there. Luckily, I had this portable jump starter which was able to easily jump start my 5.4 liter V8 MB so I could get it to my mechanic. Also used to get my wife’s car started when her 5 year old battery gave out on her in the grocery store parking lot. After starting the car, the Hulkman was still at 80% charge. I also used it to help one of my employees when they asked me if I had any jumper cables when their battery died. This handy jump starter is so much more convenient to use than the old school jumper cables as you do not have to get two cars in position not to mention potential danger to you and damage to your car when you just want to be a good Samaritan. This is a definite must have item to keep in your car (I purchased one for each of the four cars in our family). Definitely 5 stars.

I own two of these with their respective cases (and will probably buy more), and they are very powerful and reliable. Very well made and easy to use. They keep a charge very well. You will not be disappointed at all with the product, I think it's one of the best feeling products you can buy in any category.After using this product for some time and a few jumps on different cars, I can tell you that the only downside as others have pointed out, is the cable length on the alligator clips. An additional 4-6" of length on those cables would have done wonders.

This works well to jump my car off when needed.just recently my batterry died and it jumped v it off immediately. The force jump for completely dead batteries is a nice feature...has an adapter included 12volt to connect things like car vacuums or tire inflaters..has a good emergency light onboard..also has a n output to charge your cell or other devices if need be.I would recommend this product!

You can't beat the Hulkman mark for mark, or dollar for dollar. On a full charge I've started approx. 12 different vehicles and also a few forklifts, one loader (sawmill / log yard), millwright rigs, man lifts.I've now charged it twice and had it for about 2 years. Has saved a lot of people and time.wouldn't hesitate to buy another one and the case is a must have.

I was a little skeptical! This is my second one purchased for a second vehicle. The first one still works well. Slick design. Case is really nice. My charger has surprisingly been used multiple times for me which is why I purchased a second see.
