Santamedical PM-510 Tens Unit Electronic Pulse Massager with Rechargeable Battery

I began using a tens machine after an accident left me with chronic back and shoulder pain and frequent muscle spasms. This unit is very small but packs enough power. None of the units made me "pain free" but did reduce the pain making it more bearable and reduced the amount of times I need to take medications for it. For me, it works best with tight muscle spasms. Since using the tens, my spasms no longer get so bad that I'm bed ridden for days at a time. If I use this at the first signs, it prevents the spasms from spreading. Sometimes, I may need to go through three or four cycles but it's worth it. I love having the rechargeable battery so I can get up and move around and I'm not stuck in one place until the cycle is over. It has several modes and it took several tries to find the one that worked best. I liked this unit so much, I gave one to a friend of mine who suffers from muscle pain in his neck following surgery a few years ago. It's worked so well for him that he said it's the best improvement he's had since his surgery. I think it's the best unit I've had for the price, size and convenience and would definitely recommend it.

I was not thinking that such small device could make amazing things. My doubts disappear, it really works perfectly and provides with massage you can really feel, relax and enjoy. if you need some flow of stimulation energy after long working day and even during the day it's a very good option. I need to mention about quality, the device comes with a nice box for storage, the Mini Pulse Electronic Stimulator is very light, compact and mobile, so I can take it put it in a pocket and go where I want even for travel and enjoy relaxation. Design and quality are good and the interface is very intuitive and simple: just by selecting the type of massage and intensity of pulses. You can also set time and pause stimulator anytime and switch to another program. It comes with a nice charger and USB cable, also two cables with 8 attachment pads was a good surprise, so stimulation can be delivered to four different zones same time. What else screen is illuminated and you can simply switch unit between 8 auto programs assigned to different types of massages stimulations. it is obviously perfect electronic pulse massager to have for relaxation.

This massager controller is a very small one. Only half size a cell phone iphone 13. It has all the function as the more expansive one does. It is also very powerful and battery lasts very long once you charged it full. Recommend it.

This little unit is pretty near perfect! The pads are high quality and really connect well. The unit itself sends the signal intensity as wanted, and as strong as you can stand or more softly, since you set the strength. It will keep its charge 36 to 48 hours using it 60 minutes 6 uses a day. It could be improved by having a clip to secure it to clothing. But it is small, lightweight and a blessing when you use it as directed and as needed.

It's hard to measure the value as my problem is not particularly muscular. I am thinking that the issue is tendons. I don't know if a Tens is the best tool. Plus my ankle continues to improve, but I don't know if mere time is healing on its own. Regardless of the complexities of my issue this is an impressive device. I spent my money wellUPDATE: I developed some muscular problems through relentless, comprehensive exercising. After several approaches involving a lot of reduction or complete elimination of activities and daily application of infrared rays failed to remedy the problems, I remembered this device and got another. After one day of applying it, I began planning the return of the multiple activities that contributed to the pain. The device is now a constant companion. It is a source of comfort knowing that any pains developed can be quickly and confidently addressed so I can maintain my thorough exercising. I just had to find the right problem for it. (The infrared rays were very helpful with tendinitis problem. As always it's a matter of the right tool for the job.)

I am highly disappointed in this because it doesn't work and I have really bad back pains and I wanted a tens machine. I stumbled on this and bought it. I regret every cent spent on this crap!!!!! I work 7 days a week so I don't even have the time to return this worthless item SMH

The product arrived dead, I mean dead as a doornail as if it had been sitting years or run down by someone else. Battery operated items almost never come dead, as completely killing a battery is the number one way to destroy it. (,It's the exact reason you see most items come at least partially charged)The second thing to consider is that the unit might be used. My pads came soaked in sweat or some kind of liquid and it's gross and disgusting. Luckily it was only one set that looked to be affected and I needed the relief bad enough where I overlooked and used a second set of pads.It's powerful AF though for a small unit. You could absolutely prank people with this. If you are crazy enough to touch with your fingers on max intensity boy are you in for a surprise! I did this accidentally by grabbing a pad after thinking it wasnt working. (The nerves in my neck were actually dead, it was working!) It lit me up like Xmas tree and I thought my heart exploded! (There's a lot of nerves in your hand. Don't believe me? Max it out and touch with the tip of your finger!)It helps me tremendously! In one day I was shocked how much it helped restore feeling to numb areas in my body! Acupuncture assist like care from a tiny rechargeable unit is great.
