These shoes have been a blessing to my 1 year old! He has thick and wide feet! He couldn’t fit into ANY tennis shoes, even ones made for wide feet. His foot was just too chubby. The only shoes he could wear was a pair of Walmart sandals that adjust on the top. They couldn’t have been super comfy.. So anyway I put these shoes on him and he took off! Fastest I’ve seen him get around outside! HOWEVER, as you see in the reviews. The string to the top of the shoe kept coming out. Wasn’t a big deal, I just pulled it back through the hole. Until it came out while he was playing and the spring came apart. Turned into a fuzz ball. So I did have to take the strings out of the top of the shoe but no biggie.

My two year old daughter is a size 6 ( perfectly). I purchased a size 5 In pink as other reviews mentioned the shoe runs a bit bit but I return the shoe. The color was more like a dark/dirty pink if that makes sense. It was not bright at all as the photos so I exchanged the shoe a size 6 in black which as some room for her foot to grow and looks exactly like the photos shown. Overall the showIs cute, lightweight and easy to put on and off. My daughter always takes her shoes off in the car but she doesn’t mind these at all. I will be purchasing more for next spring /summer.

These are great little shoes! Light weight, easy on, our guy wears his without socks. He’s got chubby little feet and shoes have been tough to find a good fit, but these are perfect. True to size for us (size 5). Will order more as he grows

These shoes fit really well for my chunky toddler that has feet almost as wide as they are long. They are lightweight and stay on his feet well. My issue is that the laces tore out of them within a couple weeks of him wearing them. Now, it is totally possible that he was messing with them and that's why they fell apart but either way, I had to basically pull the laces all the way out as they became detached at the top. The positive side of these shoes is that they work just fine without the laces which seem to be more for looks than functionality.
