We have purchased 2 of the equerry pros,the first one purchased over a year ago was for our son who uses it daily on his police boots,he wouldn’t be without it.so we ordered another for ourselves.once charged it makes shoe polishing a doddle,and there’s a good choice of polish colours and spare brushes are available.had a slight issue with the second order but we were contacted by equerry directly and they’ve been very helpful and their customer service is second to none.

Easy to use and brings up a great shine.

I’ve not seen a kit like this before and was keen to try it out. It works better than I expected, I have to say.It is simple to use, and is basically a small portable rotary cleaner/polisher/buffer. It has a decent speed although obviously the motor is very limited in torque and will stop if you press down too hard. If I just let it do its thing then it does work as stated, cleaning and polishing with basically no effort. You get two two different attachments, a brush and a sponge.As to who needs this device, I would say anyone who has bad hands and can’t brush things properly/comfortably, or anyone who is in a rush. Also, of course, it’s great for travelling and holidays. You can get similar quality without this device but it will take longer and need some significant physical effort. Another advantage of this tool is that you aren’t going to damage anything with it, as you might do when hand-polishing by applying too much pressure. The brush cleans by constant wiping, not pressure.Now this product is not cheap, at almost fifty pounds, and it may be hard to justify for a lot of people. If you know someone who loves their shoes then maybe this could be a unique christmas gift.Overall I give it four fabulous stars.

So far this is polishing my shoes so well and will be ideal for my holiday in a few weeks, my only gripe is that the polish supplied is black and most of my shoes are of a brown shade, they do sell a neutral polish so why not provide that with the buffer.

Polishing my shoes is something that I really do not enjoy, so when I saw this on Amazon I thought it was worth a try. I’d looked at other shoe polishers however this one appeared to be unique in that the polish was actually contained within the polisher itself. I’ve just tried this for the first time and I’m really pleased with the results. Easy and simple to use and my shoes look great! I wish I’d bought one of these years ago!!

I have to confess to being pleasantly surprised by this kit. Initially I thought it would be a bit of a gimmick in an attempt to encourage the boys to clean their school shoes more often , but is actually is rather good. The polish, or rather cream’ applies very easily with the sponge top applicator. The powered brush for polishing is way more powerful than I was expecting, it really does bring a good shine to the shoes. There was enough charge in the brush when it arrived to do one pair of shoes, then I used the provided lead to charge it up – it was fully charged in less than an hour. Clearly availability of replacement polish etc will be key to the longevity of this – I did check the website listed on the enclosed card, I was impressed that replacement cream cartridges seem to be on a par price wise with other liquid polish products. (of course all are more expensive than traditional tins of polish!). So – it is easy to use, seems to have reasonable replacement polish, and brush, options but I’d have to say is still very pricy at just under £50. It remains to be seen if the school shoes get cleaned more frequently…
