Best Hairball Deterrent
I have a domestic long hair cat, and she used to get hairballs pretty often (common for long hairs). I’ve been using this product for two years now, and it is honestly the best hairball deterrent I’ve ever bought.I wouldn’t say that this product is a cure for hairballs, but it does help break them up. However, this product is best when used consistently. I give my cat a few of these a couple of times a week, and she has not coughed up one hairball in two years. Yes, she still coughs every now and again due to one forming, but I just give her some extra treats and she’s fine in a day or two.I also love the natural ingredients and the low calorie content; plus she loves them! This product helps to prevent hairballs without it being a nutritional deficit for my cat. I will always use these!

Works fast
Worked well and fast! My cat loves the taste, I put a few drops on his dry food. He is on a special urinary track health diet and has had urinary and constipation problems in the past. These drops worked really fast and now he goes regularly. He is happy and healthy.

Hair ball treat my cats love and actually works!
This really works and my picky cat LOVES them! My 14 year old and my 4 year old have been getting a lot of hairballs. More than usual... It's spring. But my 14 year old was having a particularly tough time. I tried these treats, and not only do both cats LOVE them, but after going through the first package, (small one), and ordering the big bag, they both STILL love them. Both cats have had a dramatic decrease in hairballs, and I noticed the 14 year old has hair in her poop now, which seems to indicate the hair is finally passing through her. Both cats seem happier and healthier and I will be subscribing to this product!

Final Review - June 4th - easy to blend; reduces vomiting; improved #2's; improved appetite
Final Review! June 4th - both of my cats take this probiotic every day. My girl with CKD has an easier time in the litter box going #2. Although, she is on a wet food diet exclusively now so I'm sure that helped. My girl also vomited a bit since we started this probiotic. I am chalking the vomiting up to nausea that comes with CKD. Both of my cat's coats are nice and glossy. My cats eyes are shiny and vibrant. My cat's dry skin from midwestern winters is no more. No dry skin itching. My cats have a good appetite and they stay active so they burn off the calories fast. My CKD girl struggles with her appetite (part of the illness) but this probiotic makes it possible to get her food down. Good product! I mix this with wet food and sometimes sprinkle it on top of kibble. So far it seems this product works fine for my 2 cats. I have a cat with CKD. She constantly vomits right after eating (1-3x every other day) and she strains to go #2 in the litter box. It has been a battle to find out why she can't keep food down or pass it. The vet says it's stuck hairballs that can cause all this based on an x-ray. I think that CKD also that causes cats to feel nauseous or have toxin build up in their bodies preventing them from eating properly. CKD causes massive dehydration and that's what her #2 seemed like. I was researching which fiber I should try giving her to ease her system. I learned that probiotics would be a better route than just pumpkins. I stumbled on this product. After using this for about a week: my older cat has not vomited undigested food. I'm so used to the retching and the heaving and racing to take her to the trash can. She is going #2, regularly. The waste is soft and a good size amount. Much better than non existent, like before. I am happy to see that she is being more productive when going to the litter box. I was dreading how badly she is malnourished because she kept throwing up her food so often. This probiotic seems to help keep the food down and passes it through. There is a slight improvement in her coat. There is an increased appetite. If you know a CKD cat, it is critical to make sure they eat. She is gaining weight, looking forward to meal time, asks for food more often, and seems her system is getting corrected.I plan to keep using this to keep my cats (ckd and non ckd) regular. I will update the review when we are half way through the container and when we complete the container. Especially, as part of a very careful regimen for my CKD girl. Every CKD cat should be on a probiotic. I wish I was using this sooner. I wish my vet would have told me instead of making switch foods and forcing medicine into her body. It is expensive and smells yucky but is needed. In addition to this probiotic, my ckd cat takes these for her kidneys and stiff legs: forza10 renal support, dasuquin, kidney support gold for cats, and Standard Process feline renal support.

Picky cat actually gobbled it up
My one year old cat HATES everything. She is pickier than my toddler children ever were. I’m convinced she’s vegan because she only likes bread and certain fruits/vegetables (cat safe stuff) from a people plate (not that we condone it, but we’ve tried morsels of cheese, meats, etc to no avail). She is also super picky with actual cat food. She is on Hills kitten sensitive stomach & skin at the moment and enjoys it just fine, but it took some coming around to it.In the beginning, when we rescued her off the street at six weeks old, we thought she’d starve to death because she despised whatever we sat in front of her.*Little, adopted sister kitty will eat the chrome off a Mack truck bumper if given the opportunity.Because her and sister kitty frequently groom each other, she’s been hacking as if she’s trying to get something out of her system. We don’t think it’s allergies, and vet says she checks out with tests. I bought some other hairball remedies and she wouldn’t touch them with a 10 foot pole. This is the only thing she seems to like in terms of hairball help, which is weird given her granola, hippie palette. Her hacking episodes are shorter now and less frequent. And it actually sounds like a progressive cough more than something stuck within a matter of days upon her first few “treats”.This seems to be helping, and hopefully it will eliminate the issue. What’s better is she was actually willing to eat it compared to other treats, pastes and lick-able stuff we spent $$$ on.Will update soon.

Great for hairball relief
My older cat, Stella, was struggling with frequent nighttime hairballs, but Pet Honesty Cat Hairball Support Chews have made a big difference. Since starting these treats, the incidents have decreased significantly, and Stella seems much more comfortable. She absolutely loves the taste and gets excited every time I grab the bag. Just be sure to check the serving size carefully, especially if you have a younger or smaller cat.
