Awesome for long work days
These earbuds are incredible! As someone who works from home and constantly attends meetings on Teams, Webex, and Zoom, I've often found my ears feeling extremely uncomfortable. I bought these in 2024 (it's now April 2nd, 2025), and I'm thrilled to share my experience after using them extensively. The noise cancellation and sound quality are outstanding, and the ability to wear just one earbud is a game-changer. If you're looking for comfort and clarity during long meetings, these are a must-have!

They're okay
I was so excited to get these, but they're not quite as nice as I had hoped for. They connect to Bluetooth very easily. They don't drown out outside noise as well as I had thought they would. I wish they fit in my ear a little better as well.

Not good.
I have been a Jabra user for over 5 years, solely on their Evolve and Evolve2 lines. When my Evolve 75e finally died, I looked at the Evolve2 Buds (I already own the Evolve2 85) because I wanted something portable and easy to carry around.I had high hopes for the E2Buds, but after numerous complaints on calls that my voice couldn’t be heard and that there was too much background noise, I started doing more research and found the consumer grade version Elite 10.The Elite 10s are an upgrade over the E2Buds and should frankly just replace them. On call and recording tests, they outperformed on voice clarity and noise suppression while the E2Buds were frankly garbage. One should already expect degraded noise suppression on buds as they lack a boom arm and are too small to fit all the tech needed, but the E2Buds were so far away from being what I’d expect from Jabra. The Elite 10s do a good job of blocking out 90% of regular background noise such as conversations and ambient noise. The E2Buds which market themselves as professional grade absolutely do not.If you’re look at these because you thought they were Jabra’s best earbuds, look at the Elite 10s instead. It also appears they’re supporting the Elite 10s more because the E2Buds are still on firmware 1.something but the Elite 10s are on 3.something as of the date of this review.

Good enough
I replaced my older "around the neck" Jabra headset with these and am pretty happy. The sound for meetings is good, the mic is not very strong. Your voice is quite tinny, I ended up using a desk mic instead and just use these for earphones.

Annoying “Feature” Ruins Them
These earbuds go to “sleep” after a few seconds of silence from your device, and I’m not exaggerating when I say “a few seconds”. I’m assuming this for reducing battery consumption. Upon waking up from the sleep, there is a delay of up to 2 seconds before you hear any sound from the earbuds. This is extremely frustrating if you are watching a video and pause it for a couple seconds, because unpausing the video will leave you wondering what was just said in the last couple seconds. This “feature” also makes using voice chat (in Discord for example) extremely frustrating. If there are a few moments of silence and suddenly a quick word or two was spoken, you WILL NOT hear what was said due to the delay or it will be cut off.Even worse…after researching how to fix this issue I found nothing other than the horrible reality that this happens on every wireless Jabra product. What in the world are they thinking? No other wireless earbuds I’ve used have done anything like this. Basically, these things are unusable due to this “feature”, which is sad because they’re otherwise great when sound is actively playing. This could be fixed for sure with a firmware update but has been an issue for YEARS with Jabra products according to my internet research. My advice? Find a different earbud from a different brand until this is fixed.

Great for work and home
Bought originally for remote work because my headset was giving me headaches. Love that you can pair your work computer and your iPhone and have them connected at the same time. Works great!! I highly recommend.

Superb audio quality, fit, and noise cancellation. Impressive!
After spending a couple weeks using this headset, I've found myself impressed with it. Specifically for the listening side of things, and the comfort level while doing it. I have hearing damage, that benefits from strong adaptability... which this headset excels at. About a week into use, the manufacturer dropped an Android app update, which facilitated a firmware update, which subsequently improved my experience all the more. I also prefer the app based controls over the on-unit touch controls... too much to learn while pushing on buds in my ears. Yet, the basics are easy and intuitive.I found a few audio glitches before that update, which became active in loud-noise environments. As if to protect my hearing, they'd glitch (and act like ear plugs) when exposed to excessively loud impulses. I appreciate that detail if it's a design feature, but I wasn't expecting it. These have performed largely without flaw, particularly after that initial update. The noise cancellation feature is useful, and can be adjusted for sensitivity. It's very helpful, and was even remarkably functional when using a lawn mower and string trimmer while doing yard work (not their intended design). I found the same was the case for the "HearThrough" feature, which is amazingly useful and easy to adapt for control of volume. There's FAR less lag in sound processing than my previous buds with this feature. I am impressed by the control and balance exhibited by this Jabra Evolve2 setup. I also like the protection from loud noises that seems to be included, as it allows me to hear the things I'd like to, without the deafening clatter being amplified. Super-smart piece of kit.If I had to ding this headset for anything, I've had ONE complaint from a caller that I was slightly difficult to hear while using them. I'll need to do further tests to see if it was merely circumstantial... as I suspect it was (windy conditions, and I was trying to speak without disturbing others). Many headsets have similar issues under those circumstances. All told, this headset has been a real gem. It has provided my first look into noise cancellation technology, and that experience has been stellar. It's superb for aiding concentration, while tuning out the fray around me. The audio quality (for listening) is unparalleled in my experience, particularly for speech. While these might not be the audiophile's choice for music, they're wildly good with that too. The HearThrough technology is accurate, adjustable, and swift... allowing me to hear things like bacon cooking, while listening to a podcast and still hearing it clearly. Conference calls are a breeze, and I can adapt the sound for isolation or allowing outside noises, depending on the circumstance. Superb!Comes in a tidy package. Superb battery life with speedy charging. Really, there's nothing not to like. Receives my glowing recommendation if you're in the market... these are sharp.
