Very happy with this product. It works well so far and no background noise. It doesn't fall out of my ear.

These are big, like old man ear canal big, would not fit discreetly in my ears at all. Also, even at lowest volume there was a white noise sound. Amplifies sound well but just didn't work for my petite ears.

These are extremely easy to use; I like that they just pop back into their charger when I’m done using them. I have $5000 hearing aids and moderate loss of hearing in both ears. I use these when I’m going to go kayaking or paddle boarding and do not want to lose my very expensive hearing aids in the water. I fell off the paddleboard one day; they stayed in my ears and were not damaged. (Of course, I popped out of the water as quickly as I could to spare them.) this is the best pair I have found in non-prescription hearing aids.

i bought this for my grandpa and he says that he can hear things a lot more clearly!

I thought they would work with a different adapter. The fact is they are just to large. Not just that but the adapters have what appears to be a pull tab but all it does is get in the way & they screech no matter the size. Talking on the phone is impossible. I sent a note but no response. Buying any OTC aids is hit & miss.

Not as good as expected

It was small and you can adjust the volume. I had to return them because one of the Canals in my ear was to small so I could not get in in my ear good enough for it to stay in my ear. The product itself was very nice.
