First off, the App was very easy to install and very easy to use, the only 1 issue is that I have to reconnect to the wifi device each time but no biggie. The device itself is pretty cool, images are crystal clear and attachments really help. I thought my ears were always clean but I was able to get in and get a pretty big chunk of way that I didn't know was there. You can really see everything in there in vivid colorful video, We love it!

Okay this is the coolest thing I've purchased on Amazon. It's small, weighs nothing, has attachments and a USB cord, and charges quickly. There was no problem at all connecting it to my phone after downloading the app. The app is super easy and let's you take videos and pictures. My entire family loves it and my mom has purchased one too. I actually had a piece of skin laying on my eardrum. I had no idea! I flushed out my ear with warwe and checked again and it was gone. I included a picture that the camera took. I'm very satisfied and happy with this purchase. The price point was perfect too.

I always have trouble with my hearing due to earwax.Impacted, you invite eardrums. This device allows me to remove that earwax without using a Q tip which just forces the wax deeper into the year. A+

The best thrill out of cleaning ears I have ever had. Never thought cleaning ears could be so interesting. Gave my whole family a thrill. The camera quality was very good, and the app on your phone and camera was very easy to connect to each other. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality ear camera.

This item is amazing. The camera is so clear and you can see right into your dark ear canal with the tiny camera and led light. I can't believe how flawless it works with the app. Literally if you have earvwax buildup this item will help. Even if all you do is just look inside the ear and see if you have buildup or it's clear. The item is worth the money. I use it along with ear candles now there no guesswork and no ear nose and throat doctor visit. Thanks to this company for making an affordable and well made product. I was in an Urgent Care facility in 5/10 pain waiting for treatment for an impacted cerumen in my right ear. I was literally on the examination table when I ordered this item up. I wanted something for my left ear, and never have this happen again. The doctor and nurse told me to never use Q tips again. They pulled out cotton fibers. Unit came charged, connected to my iPhone 13 Max in about a minute and I able to use the device. The tool set is really high grade but I have not used them yet. This is my third phone scope camera, but the first for this use. It’s image quality is the best of the bunch. I am not a medical professional and you should always consult a professional, but this is never going to happen to me again.

My brother has had issues with his ears for a few years now and we knew it was due to wax build-up. I purchased this item to use with him and he was shocked (we all were) to see the camera images. I will say that this camera was so much clearer than I expected. Easy to use just downloaded the app, connected the pen to WiFi, then the camera view shows up right on the app. You can also take photos and videos. We haven’t used all of the tools but it comes with a variety. Just didn’t get to some of them because he was able to get all of the wax out aside from a thin layer on his actual eardrum-which we wouldn’t have even tried to get bc it’s too dangerous. He was happy to be able to hear a little better when he was done.

Wonderful little piece. The picture is very clear and easy to install. I have used it also to take a picture of a tooth that was bothering me. No I did not use the same tip cover. One question how do you take out the used tip. Not the cover?
