Aztech Compatible Toner Cartridge Replacement for Brother TN433 TN-433 TN 433 TN433BK TN433C TN433M TN433Y (Black/Cyan/Yellow/Magenta, 4-Packs)

Very disappointed. Bought this based on high ratings. All of the original cartridges were out of toner so we changed them to this set. The cyan toner from this *brand new* set is empty!!! The printer sees all the other toners as full but the cyan keeps showing out of toner and we are unable to print anything! This is really inconvenient and annoying. We bought these in advance (7/17/18) so that we wouldn’t run out of toner unexpectedly. Today we installed these cartridges and now we’re stull unable to print. Very unhappy and our 30 day return window closed.

After a few weeks of light use, the prints started looking splotchy. Then worse and worse. When I finally pulled these out to throw in the trash and replace with genuine, the toner was spilling everywhere... just leaking out of the toner cartridge. Sucks as these are so cheap and the genuine so expensive... but I am going back to genuine. These were a total waste of $$

We decided to try these in an effort to shave costs. They printed very well for about a month. Then the red started printing fuzzy. I opened the ink drawer, and discovered that the red ink cartridge was leaking all over the drawer. In removing the red ink cartridge, red ink powder poured out of the bottom of the cartridge all over the printer. All over me. We had a project to get out to a client this morning, and now we will have to send the job to a third party in order to meet the deadline. Plus, we have a huge mess to clean up. Ordering replacement color cartridges from Brother today. Do not order these. Not worth it.

absolute crap. bought in advance to replace facotry toners. cyan doesn't work but the printer shows as full. terrible streaking and ghosting. can't even print workable barcodes. worst decision. can't even return them since I purchased a while ago.

Print quality is terrible compared to factory ink. Everything is VERY dark and streaky.

I purchased this set as an experiment at suggestion of our IT guy. I was skeptical, so I also purchased the factory set in case the "compatible" set wasn't comparable. The brother brand set is still in its box, and I have been very happy with this ink. Have not noticed a difference in quality or output, and will definitely purchase again.

Once I received the cartridge set I immediately swapped them with the Brother cartridges that came with my printer just in case..... The cartridges arrived in perfect condition with no toner spill whatsoever. After a week of use, the cartridges are performing as well as the Brother cartridges at a fraction of the price. Given these results, I will continue to buy AZ-TECH cartridges for as long as I use my Brother HL-L8360CDW printer."

Magenta and Yellow toners after being replaced still show as empty. This is extremely disappointing as we are in a rush to get the materials printed. We've ordered these toners in the past but this time they came in labeled as "compatible" instead of the actual item as shown on the picture and different from what we've ordered in the past.
