This Double Burger Press will create professional looking, homemade burgers with ease. Made from heavy duty cast aluminium, this robust press will turn out 11cm diameter burger patties with a depth of your choosing, between 0.6cm and 3.8cm. The thickness can be altered by simply turning the adjustment screw up or down. A spring plunger enables you to compress the meat, to produce a firm burger patty that will not fall apart during cooking. The plunger then retracts and can be used again to eject the finished burger from the press. The press can be dismantled for washing.
