This is an amazing desktop. It has everything you need right out of the box. It looks amazing, the colors are great, it’s quiet and it was packaged perfectly. The speed is great, it’s easy to set up, and the hard drive is enough to hold what we needed. We got this as an upgrade for my son’s desktop because his college classes were too much for his previous computer and this is perfect. He is going to college for an IT degree and its handling everything his classes are throwing at him. In his free time he uses it for gaming and it is handling all of his games without issue also. It’s nice to know that everything can be easily upgraded also.

Had someone else’s login logged in, I factory reset it and it’s worked great for months now.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this to upgrade my severely outdated gaming PC and WHOA this jump in technology was phenomenal! I am in 3D animation and graphic design, this computer can handle all of my COU intensive programs with ease. The PC was delivered very cautiously and stuffed with protection material which ensured me none of the parts were able to be damaged during transit. It’s as quiet as a mouse once it’s booted up and even comes with keyboard and mouse! I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and for me I’d say it was pretty moderately priced for what you get. Oh and the RGB colors turns my room into a great creative space when I’m working :) This one is a 10/10 for me.

Wanted to upgrade my PC. Got this computer. Not even a year old and ut started to get a motherboard screen error come up. Support gave me instructions, and after doing what I was told the computer keeps crashing. Unbelievable. Will never buy again.

Computer performs exactly as the specs are designed. Nvidia drivers and software were easy and flawless to set up. It comes loaded with all the basic Microsoft software. Note to those annoyed by the rotating colors inside, you can can turn those off or adjust them by downloading the motherboard's "Mystic Light" software.

Came with a faulty wifi card a short pleasant chat with their support and a new card is being ship right away.

I'm not a tech guy, I like it! Smooth, looks well put together wiring cords placements look good. A slight mishap with one of the front lights (Good tech support they called back) they're sending a replacement. I'm happy. Runs smooth.. like I said I'm not a tech guy so I can't speak on the tech stuff, just that everything works fine

I originally gave 2 stars because the fans were blowing so hard non stop even when idle, then a friend explained how I could change the setting in BIOS.The fans were set to TURBO - and I put it down to standard and now it's dead silent.Changing review to 5 stars.Running Skyrim with over 2000 mods on 1440p at 120fps and fans aren't even kicking on. Wit the $300 off I got this for $1700 and it runs everything at Ultra settings I throw at it.Product was packed well and looks beautiful Plugged it in and answered a few questions for Windows setup and been having a blast since.
