Most definitely would recommend these. After taking one nightly, for almost three weeks, just before I go to bed, I have to say that I have definitely noticed a difference in my sleeping pattern. I am sleeping more solidly and for longer periods instead of repeatedly waking and not being able to return to sleep. I have been so impressed by the change in my sleep quality that I am going to continue in taking them.

These are great for helping you sleep. I take one 1 hour before bed. They definitely help with menopausal age.They will also help with anxiety. Good product

Not ģood for me made me very very hot could not breath and had pain in left arm. I have taken 5-HTP for many years never had any problems with them these are going in the bin not recommendin these tablets.
