Can't see any reviews relating to taking these for the purpose of acne but this is why I bought these. My skin has been troublesome for quite a few years now (I'm 22) and I started to realise it may be related to gut issues as it was very clearly connected to what I ate. It got to the point where I couldn't eat any sugar, dairy, simple carbs or gluten without having a bad flare-up. So although a healthy diet did help my skin somewhat, it wasn't a maintainable lifestyle. I decided to start taking probiotics, did a bit of research and found these with a high CFU count and containing acidophilus which studies have shown is helpful to acne suffers. I've been taking 1 a day with breakfast for about 3 weeks and boy has my skin improved. It's no longer inflammed and I only get the odd breakout, I mostly just have scars to clear now but I'm so so happy with the difference. I;ve even introduced gluten again without breaking out and getting stomach pains! I'd never go back to eating meat and dairy but cutting out bread was so hard. Basically, I can't recommend these enough to anyone with acne or similar inflammatory issues, they've saved my skin and my sanity.

I have suffered for a long time with what my doctor thinks is ibs or diverticulosis but a few months ago the symptoms were becoming unbearable I couldn't even bear my waist band touching my tummy and I was in so much discomfort even though I follow a sensible healthy diet with no rubbish. I read something about probiotics somewhere and thought anything was worth a try. I looked at reviews for all different probiotics and this seemed to have the best reviews so thought I'd give them a go. I've been amazed at how much better I feel. I've used them for a couple of months and still feeling almost normal. The service from the company has also been second to none. I can thoroughly recommend this product.

Great probiotics, I have had stomach issues for years till I found out about Probiotics I have tried every kind out there, I am kinda obsessed about it and about my digestive health so I am trying them left and right to find my holy grail, some would work at first then stop, others wouldn't work at all or just make u bloated, this one has been a blessing, I mean I even feel more energetic when I take it, I never realized the impact my digestive health has on my overall health and well being till I started taking these, no more bloating, I am finally regular I am not snacking all the time, got more energy and eating doesn't make me sluggish or bloated to death as before .. I have to admit I am still looking forward to trying other ones but these are one of the best I have tried so far, the strains included are some of the best (thats another thing I learned about to look for certain strains that tackle my issues because they are not all the same believe it or not) and the CFU is enough to get me going on one a day (I once had to take 3 or more a day of one probiotic brand for it to actually work)!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but after using this product I felt I had to share my experience. The product seems to work better than other similar products I have tried in the past. I suffer from mild IBS and stomach cramps so I take Probiotic Supplements on a regular basis. This is the first time I have bought from this company and I am very pleased with the product and service. The capsules are easy to swallow and effective and great value for money.

AOK. Despite being in my 88th year i have no internal plumbing or digestive probs. Use of probiotics two caps a day every two weeks is simply pre-emtive in relation to my presently effective microbiome. I last saw a doctor in 1996 !!
