Solid
I ordered a Fluke 117 but it was faulty, poor connectivity with the leads. After that I did a huge amount of research looking for quality and accuracy. I spent a week on YouTube a watching 'experts' review DMM's from $50 to $400. I decided on this one as it was a great price it is really sturdily built and has many more functions than the 117 at a quarter of the price. If you are a hobbyist/DIY person then this is the real deal.

Reliable and well-constructed. Great price.
So far, this has been a fantastic multimeter. I needed to put a cold solder on the junction of the k-type thermocouple wire - not a big deal. It could be twisted together and still work fine. The important features - continuity testing, resistance, capacitance, voltage, etc. are very easy to use and quick to latch. I have no regrets purchasing this device - but then again, I went years with only Harbor Freight cheapies, so the UT139C was a major upgrade.I spent a long time researching before purchasing this multimeter. Take a look at eevblog.com for some good information.

Overall a good product
For its price point, it is a very good product. The probes are not great though. I replaced them with a high-end set of silicon probes instead. It has plenty of functions, the one thing it doesn't have is the clamp style ammeter. The only issue I had with it was that the screen scratched/scuffed super easy. Be careful with your own meter.

Good Buy , woeks great !
Pretty Awesome for that price ! It responds fast , 600 amp fuse (ceremic) , double AA cells, really well built ! Trouble shoot and the occasional hone &-automotive work. I have a few this will be a good addition ! Probably won't use it but once a week or so , depending so no worries in searing out the board contacts. I've seen inside there made pretty good quality. Easy battery tray location , fuse right there 2.

Good tool for use at home
A really good bang for the buck. This multimeter is relatively inexpensive (compared to Fluke), it's designed to be safe (uses good fuses, safe probes, and separate inputs for measuring low- and high-level current, and voltage), and it has a lot of useful add-on functions like temperature sensor and hidden wires detector. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, but still want something functional and safe for use with electricity at home, seems like a very good choice.

Good
Very good meter but would have preferred if the selection button was separate instead of pressing on button to select diode ohms or capacitance and continuity

great buy!
Bought for my fiance' so he could fix broken flat screen TV's. He LOVES this thing, and uses it all the time. Came packaged well, instrustions are very vague though. (intructions for battery insertion are in the BACK of the book) He has learned how to use it watching youtube videos, so don't even bother with the book for usage, it is pretty useless... And mostly in chinese or korean... I am no expert in asian letters. It comes with a protection cover made of thick material similar to a nerf phone case with a slot to attach to a work belt and a little area for the testing wires. It seems well made a durable with the same functions of a tester that costs around $300... you just have to press a few more buttons to get to the features. He is VERY happy with it.
