Comfortable Waist Trainer.
Great for back support. I wore it all day and night long for a salsa event it was comfortable, slimming and supported my back. It keeps the sweat in the vest and not on your blouse. I hand washed the vest after each use. Let it air dry and works like a charm. Super happy with the vest.

Love it, but...
Wish it was tad longer to cover lower stomach. I was wearing my old Velcro body wrap underneath to cover lower stomach. It does interfere with my Polar HRM chest strap sometimes and I'll look down at my watch and it's no longer reading because the upper part of the suit will get underneath my strap. Also I wish the material inside was more plastic like my old Velcro wrap. This does allow you to sweat but also it's sweat through your clothes. I like that it does have a tiny upper hook at the very top of the zipper - although not very secure. Also I wish the suit went underneath my armpits a little bit more because my back fat under my arms do hang out and not fully covered. Overall I like it just wish the material inside was more of a plastic material.

Great buy
This vest makes me sweat like crazy. Fits snug in the waist and a little loose at the top. However, I wear it over a tank top to help with the looseness. The material is very thick and sturdy and it doesn't look cheap like the previous ones I bought. It also zips without hesitation. And it doesn't have that chemical like smell on it. Im so glad I read some of the reviews and bought it twice my size because it fits just fine. I'm really happy with this product. I would definitely recommend this product.

Lo que más me gusta, es que no se corre. Es comoda y practica. No siento que me hace sudar mucho, pero me siento bien, y mi espalda lo agradece, aunque no es para tal uso.
