Aside from using while cooking, it is excellent as a poultice to reduce pain and swelling.Heat up in small pain to the point just before they pop. Place hot into cloth or handkerchief and bunch up. Press on painful or swollen area for 2-3 minutes. Can finish with optional bit of coconut oil rubbed in. You will be surprised and amazed.

Misleading advert
It is 2 packets of 50g not '100g pack of 2' deliberately misleading to make you think you are ordering 2 packets of 100g each. Cheaper on other posts.
