We bought these to hang around the back yard as a Hawk and Eagle deterrent. Our dogs are very small and I would be devastated if either were harmed or worse yet. They seem to work. I understand hawks do not like shiny items and living inI Fl there is usually sun. They reflect very pretty colors. They are very sturdy.Only time I took them down is when the hurricane came through last year.

I only received three of the four the package was supposed to have. They’re thin strips of nothing but shiny aluminum foil type paper, so I’ll see if they work. If they work, then the $7.99 might be worth it. If not, then I should send them back. I definitely need the fourth one though, so I’m only giving 1 star because it’s missing.

They work but tear in high windsFantastic at first, but need replacement often due to tearing.

These are great. We have had ours for several years and heavy winds got 2 of them. Thus this order. I recommend them. They greatly cut back our bird crashes.

I am plagued by several cardinals who constantly peck at one of my windows. This stopped the birds for 2-3 days but once they grew accustomed to it, they continued on their merry way, pecking away. These are determined birds. I have two inside cats that occasionally sit in the window and even that sight doesn't deter them.

Much bigger than what was described. Also, listing described said 4 items. There were only 2 items in a sealed cellophane container. Comes with 2 short (4 inches) pieces of cheap cotton string to hang items. Cheap item from China. Not worth the price.

For the price they do their job well! My bird problem has gone away, ever since hanging them the birds are no longer around. They look like party decorations up close but from farther away they don't. Have lasted through this past week heavy rains and wind, so far so good!

We love them, just reflect the prettiest colors in the evening or morning sun. They are keeping the birds from flying into our windows our main concern. In the wind they spin, and the colors are amazing. Especially when we sit outside in the evening just keep watching. Highly recommend them!! Thanks
