Set up was instant, just worked out of the packaging. Only problem is it’s slow, there is a 4 or so second delay between pressing a button and action happening. Really awkward to changing the volume as you have to wait ages between each press for it to work

As expected, working perfect

Worked for about a month and a half and now faulty. Volume buttons pause and ubpause programs, the centre circle select button kicks you off whatever all you're in and sets you back to the home screen and randomly shuts itself off.

After our dog chewed our original remote we purchased this to replace it and it’s perfect. It worked seamlessly replacing our original remote with no setup required. The plastic does feel a bit cheap but there’s no problem with that especially for the price. Value for money is brilliant and it all functions as it should. Definitely a worthy purchase!

Says it’s a replacement but some buttons are in different places so if your use to other one you’ll hit the wrong buttons, a tad frustrating

I was unsure whether to order this or not after reading some of the reviews, however, it was a great buy.I needed a new remote as my toddler had bitten some buttons off the other one (she can't with this one).But to address some of the concerns I had from other reviews:1: It does have a back button2: The response time is immediate, there is no delay whatsoever3: All buttons work as they should4: Worked straight away after putting batteries in.I'd recommend this one, for less than £8 you can't go wrong.
