Bad product and worst support from AMAZON and seller.
Laptop did not power ON after few months.Amazon denied any help or refund since there is no warranty by default.one would expect warranty by default at least for 1 year on a purchase of 3000 AED.There was no refund or any attempt to fix the laptop from amazon , instead I was misled for around 2 months that they will help.worst support experience!!

I bought this HP envy laptop silver. everything is good. But they are not given the touch pen. and bag also very cheap that was not HP bag . After few days there would be scratched on my laptop.

الجهاز ممتاز ولكن كابل الشاحن غير موجود وكارت الميموري وايضا الشنطه ستيكر الكيبورد العربي والانجليزي والفلاشه وهذا كله كان متاح مع الجهاز الاول وعندما طلبت الجهاز التاني لم يرسلوا ليه هذه الاغراض
