In the beginning of my tech journey I couldn’t afford the higher end drills I saw experienced techs use, but I’m so glad I picked this. I’ve had no issues for years. It’s so so long lasting, the color is constantly complimented? And it’s so worth the money, lightweight and easily stored. I really enjoy how easy it is to change the speed.

Edited to add- The company reached out and sent me a replacement piece so I’m able to use it again!I haven’t even had this drill for a year and it just stopped working. It won’t spin anymore. Very disappointed.

I purchased this drill April 18th, used it on April 20th. Worked fine, no issues. Today, June 1st, attemted to use the drill, no luck. The locking mechanism does not work. I can't insert a bit to file my nails off. I did not expose the machine to any liquids etc. 60 bucks down the drain. The choice is yours, but I would not recommend.

Came in a beautiful box! No damages whatsoever! This is my first drill!Since it’s my first one I don’t know much about the weight but this one feels just right to me. Not too heavy and not too light that is feels like cheap plastic. Since I’m new to a drill like this I only go on low speeds and it’s works great! No damage to my nails. It removes gel polish and hard gel easily. The speed is great! Noise is fine for me I don’t have kids but this thing really isn’t loud!I think I got it on sale but it’s easy to use and at a great price!

The media could not be loaded. it comes with drill bits and a bunch of fine grit sanding bands perfect for nail prep, battery life is super long , and it’s not super loud compared to other nail drills iv tried . great quality , beautiful appearance , and it can go to very fast speeds ! 10/10 great nail drill 100% worth the price !

My mom and I love doing our nails and this tool is perfect for nail care. The size is perfect, not too small and not too big! I love the clip that you can use to hang off your belt or the side of a box so it's out of the way. It's quiet and doesn't make that horrible factory sound like most nail e-files. The file heads are sturdy steel and are made of great quality. It comes with a charge (2 lines on the battery) but I'd recommend charging it for a complete use. The packaging was sturdy and the product was tightly secure in its box.

Pros: I loved this product when I first bought it all the way up until last week. It was quiet and low vibrations when in use.Cons: would go dead fairly fast and stopped working 7 months after I purchased it. I noticed last week when it would randomly stop working mid set. I was able to get it back working to finish and then today it just would not spin. The dial was on, lights were on but nothing happened with the handle. Disappointment.After hearing about the issue I had with the melody Susie drill, a rep reached out to me and made SURE to help me with my problem. Although it was past the return/exchange window I was able to get the drill replaced within a day or so, which was great. Thank you!
