I like that it’s light weight and slim. It has good heat and is very soothing for my sore neck and shoulders, which was what I was looking for. Only thing I don’t like is that it does take a long time to charge and then the battery life is too short. Would love it more if not for those things.

This product does its job. It’s well made and holds a charge. The heat level is just right for me. I stick this in my work bag and use it frequently for pain relief. I like the portability, and the size. It is very discreet, and light. I like this product a lot.

This rechargeable heated neck wrap is a great idea; however, it does not stay heated longer than half an hour, and after that, even after a full charge will not stay turned on. The "wrap" is light weight, inconspicuous, and basically affordable. Splurge on something that works as expected. LAME.

Unlike curling a heating pad around your neck this is designed to just fit nicely behind the neck and lie on shoulders. Thst alone is a game changer for me. Really like the design. The three settings are enough for me personally as the hottest one is pretty hot. Not sure about the timer piece though - I think it defaults to 15mins unless you re-select a temp… I usually heat for more than that…

Low battery life, and heat was not penetrating. Returned. I did like that it was light weight and was rechargeable. s stated the charge did not last long and temp was poor or low voltage.

What I like about it is also what I dislike about it. It's small, discrete, and easily worn under a sweater or hoodie. The negative is that it's small and doesn't cover a lot of area. It's mostly a neck warmer, and doesn't cover much of my shoulder at all. Also the battery life is not great, and takes f o r e v e r to charge. So if you're looking for something comfortable to wear while out and about in the winter or performing light chores around, this is great. If you're expecting deep tissue relief, you'll probably be disappointed.
