Arrived swiftly even though came from Europe ( Germany I think). Was kept informed of delivery progress . Arrived as time stated. Charges quickly. Holds enough charge to deep clean my whole bathroom. Cleans well and relatively easy to use . Get a better result than manual cleaning and makes life easier. Takes a little getting used to but well worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. Useless!! Unfortunately I just missed the window for returning, due to illness, so am lumbered with this gadget that doesn't work properly! What a waste of money...I bought this to help me, as I have arthritis and fibromyalgia, amongst other problems, (as well as being vertically challenged) so really needed some extra help to reach areas I couldn't, etc.If you put any pressure on the rotating cleaning brush, it stops everything, then I have to wait and reset it again.The rotation is also slow.The battery life drains very quickly.It's automatically set at a higher speed rotation (which isn't very fast at all) which drains the battery in seconds.If you want the rotation to last more than a few minutes, you have to keep switching it to the slower rotation. So every time it conks out, due to not wanting any pressure put upon it, you then have to switch it to the other setting.The poles don't screw together tight enough and keep coming undone whilst using. So I have to keep stopping to fix the poles, stopping to restart the gadget. I mean, what's the point in having this tool if it's not actually helpful???So basically this gadget/tool actually makes things worse and takes far more time to do anything.

Update - had a few issues with my purchase and messaged the seller for advise - he was absolutely amazing, helpful and kind, keeping me updated on everything. Absolutely fantastic Customer Service.A powerful scrubber. I wanted to make cleaning the shower an easier task. It does the job, but the velcro came off the sponge after one use. It "flips" every now and then, and in hindsight I wish I had bought one where the angle could be adjusted as this one can't get to all corners/crevices etc.In my opinion, over priced for an ok gadget.

I’m very impressed with this product. It’s very strong and able to get out all the dirt- I tried it on my tiles in the bathroom and it cleaned the black on the grout. It also cleans your walls and kitchen appliances very well too. The powder is very strong too and the bristles work wonders. Would recommend.

Customer service was amazing, they reached out to me and sent me a replacement after having a faulty product previously.I tested the new one and the charge is working just fine! Easy to assemble, fast charging and scrubs well. I love that you get different types of scrubber heads too!

This is a very good product , the wife loves using it because it does save time and effort, comes with loads of attachments for different jobs , would recommend
