Overall a decent product, does what it advertises.The humidifier is great. But keep in mind that the water tank is pretty small, so it will empty in about 4-5 hrs of continuous use. Also the tank is top mounted with a rubber sealed lid, so it is impossible to close the lid properly without spilling a little water.The fan creates more noise than the wind it generates. Not suitable if you have a large room. Use it in close proximity and the fan is great!And finally, it is remote controlled, but the remote only works when you are within 4-5 ft from the fan and the remote is directly pointing towards the sensor (hence you will have a pretty hard time controlling the fan when it is set to oscillation).

When I ordered this I wasn't sure if it would cool down my room enough as it's much smaller than my last fan. I was surprised to find that it's very efffective, with 3 fan speeds & the side-to-side spinning movement it is keeping my room very ventilated & cool. The compartment to add water & ice into gives it an extra cool blast on very stuffy hot days & it doesn't make too much noise so I can sleep with it on & set the timer to turn it off later. The remote control is an added bonus for me & I am very happy at the cost.
