I do a lot of walking and I use a Bullworker to tone and firm my arms, legs and Abs. So I have very good stamina. I Am happy to say and feel, that since taking the, "Nutrition Geeks," "Pure Creatine Monohydrate Powder," my stamina has increased even much more. Within and since two days, I have been experiencing very positive results with this product. When first taking the, "Creatine Powder" and for the first few days, I started with the, "Loading phase," in order to quickly saturate and charge my muscles optimally. Since then I have reduced my consumption, to once or twice daily, depending on the amount of exercise I am or have been doing. Also the Nutrition Geeks team are very helpful and friendly having answered some of my questions promptly about this product and also some of their other products. Ive just started back at the gym and I feel like this supplement is helping. Strangely enough I’ve noticed a decrease in appetite straight after taking this, especially late evening + I’ve noticed improvements in my cognition-Would recommend, and repurchase once I run out

Completely flavourless so you can put it in anything and it won't affect the flavour. Smooth, non-grainy texture.It claims to be easily dissolvable - I've been adding it to drinks and yes, you can stir it in and it seems to dissolve apart from making your drink a bit cloudy. But leave it to sit for a couple minutes and the powder all settles in the bottom. It's not actually dissolving, just floating around in the liquid. So you either have to gulp it all down immediately or remember to stir before every drink otherwise you're leaving it all in the bottom of the glass. Keep this in mind if you use it in a sports bottle as you won't see this effect.But overall I like this more than others I've tried since it doesn't have that grainy, crunchy texture. So I'm still happy with the product.

I don't normally write reviews, however I felt compelled to for this product. This is by far the most easy to consume creatine powder I've tried. It's very fine and easily dissolves without leaving any grittiness or residue when compared to other brands. A scoop wasn't provided, however the instructions are written to use a teaspoon so not a big issue. It was also attractively priced. Would recommend

The powder itself is good value however the lack of a scoop does make it a pain to measure out using a teaspoon, not consistent.

I have had it for two days now and I will update about its performance in due course; however,the initial observations are as follows:1/ Fine pure powder, no additives, that dissolves well and has no taste.2/The bag doesn't close after opening, as a result of the fine powder sticking on the ziplock. You have to find your own means to do so, a clip or decanter it into something that closes properly, wrap a large elastic band abound it..etc.3/It would be good for the manufacturer to add a measuring scoop, which is very helpful for precision and for consistency.Update: After 2 months of regular use, no significant difference has been observed in terms of stamina and/or endurance. Possibly not absorbing it well, I am not sure. I have been mixing the 5 grs with a bit of water to dilute it then add it to fresh orange juice.Conclusion: I will have a break for a couple of weeks then I shall try a different brand before deciding whether creatine is for me or not.
