About six months ago I stopped eating meat of any sort. I do still eat eggs and dairy, and I eat a ton of vegetables and legumes, but my body had really begun to suffer. Within a month of going vegetarian, my hair began to fall out in handfuls. I lost so much hair, I fell into a deep depression and became embarrassed to be seen in public. But I became a vegetarian for ethical reasons, so going back to meat was absolutely not an option.So I decided to try supplements. I turned to Olly because I had used to take them and liked them better than the other brands I have tried. And I am really glad I did.Almost immediately, my hair stopped falling out. It's wonderful and I'm starting to feel like myself again. I had lost my pills for a few weeks, and during that time, my hair began falling out again. It stopped as soon as I resumed taking them. So I KNOW these things are helping. In addition, I make sure to eat a lot of foods that are high in iron and protein, and that helps, too, though not as much as the pills. I have been anemic before, so I think I'm given to low iron, regardless of my diet.Now, I have these things on subscribe-and-save, because I never want to run out.The only downside is that these taste so good you'll want to eat them like candy, and that's kind of dangerous. I highly recommend Olly's multivitamins and relaxation supplements, as well.

Okay I was a little nervous when I smelled the bottle, dumb idea I know. But these are good! They remind me of the Flintstones chewy kids vitamins I used to take. Now I'm taking them to help grow my own kid :) 10/10 recommend! Maybe the size of your middle finger nail, chews up quick and didn't get all stuck in my teeth. Great product.

Easy to take, taste is kinda weird, but doesn’t make my stomach hurt like other iron pills.

Normally can not take Iron as it makes me very sick. These taste pretty good and I have had no side effects. I take two first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. No nausea. Highly recommend for iron sensitive people.

I typically really dislike iron supplements, but these were easy to take and didn't not cause me any digestive discomfort at all!

I didn’t realize how deficient I was for iron until I added these to my daily routine. I definitely feel less fatigued through my day than before the extra iron. It didn’t upset my body either, it was a very easy incorporation.

Normally I have a hard time with iron supplements, this one has been great for me! Easy on my stomach and doesn’t have that horrible taste!
