I have bought several copies of this. For myself and for gifts. I've never enjoyed and used a cookbook so much. My friends are all using it too and comparing and reviewing recipes. It really works and I highly recommend it!

Everything I was looking for!!

This book has some pretty great recipes for those looking for anti-inflammatory meals. Most of them are quite easy in my opinion, but some of the ingredients can be tricky to find. Overall, happy with the purchase!

Lots of great recipes. I love how she adds tips about nutrition. I’ve recommended this book to many friends.

Nice healthy recipes but not for introductory AIP. Many recipes contain grains, eggs, beans and nightshades.

Perfect book for ideas and information on anti-inflammatory diets for those of us with autoimmune disorders.

There are several recipes that I like, but my husband will not 😀 Ms. Given gives great detail into why the ingredients help with inflammation.
